Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Public development preview
The public Dia-Log website provides information, blog articles, a fictional product preview, and waitlist/contact forms while the product is in development. Public access to the live application is closed.
The demo is a product preview only. It does not create a personal account, store a diary, calculate a dose, or provide a recommendation. Do not enter real health data into it and do not rely on it for medical decisions.
2. Educational content
Blog articles are general educational material and are not individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment instructions. Discuss decisions about your health or treatment with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Restricted private build
A separate private build may be made available to specific users whose Google email addresses have been explicitly allowlisted. It is not offered for public sign-up and these Terms do not promise access to it for visitors to the public website.
An allowlisted user must use their own Google account and comply with applicable law and Google's terms. Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn while the product remains in development.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the public site or private build, including by:
- attempting to bypass access controls or use another person's account;
- sending spam, automated submissions, or harmful content through public forms;
- interfering with the site, its security, or other users; or
- using the demo or site to provide medical services or make medical decisions.
5. Availability and liability
The development website, demo, and restricted private build may change, be unavailable, or be removed at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dia-Log is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the public preview, educational materials, or an unavailable development service.
6. Intellectual property
Dia-Log's public content, design, code, and branding are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer them except where applicable law permits it.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the development preview changes. For questions, contact contact@scribeit.tech.
